The way you add the lines of text for each of the four sides is a little confusing or perhaps I just did not read the directions well enough. Be sure to alternate the sides and not write your text in a row. Also, do not use every letter space they allow. The text will be right to the edge.I contacted them to say there was an error and they were not only quick to respond they offered assistance with getting a replacement... at no extra charge. They little silver pendant is small and perfect for a man or woman. I hope it wears well.
